Cambelt and 48K Service in South (+Body Shop)

Can anyone recommend a garage to do this (182). The stealers have just quoted £1124! I'm getting the car in a state to sell so if you can recommend a good body shop as well it would be appreciated.

where do you mean by south? there are good ones in portsmouth, london and Dorset. none i believe have body shops though.

I'm in Reading, Body shop isn't a must, I will do that separately.
