Cambelt, aux belt and dephaser

Im just trying to weigh my options up on this. Can anyone give me the full parts list to complete the work. I don't know if I should let my mechanic friend to do the work or pay extra and take it to a specialist.

Plus take it to some one who knows how to do the job on an f4r, otherwise there is a large chance it shall be cocked up

Ive read quite a few posts on changing belts and im going to pay the extra and take it to a specialist.

No he hasn't done a f4r before and that's what made my decision for me really
