cambelt change yes or no?

  t3 corolla 116bhp
so ive been havin bother with a noise on start up which seems now to be the water pump as a coolant change has helped. with that in mind ive been thinking about getting it replaced, question is, do i need to?

Car is on 94k
Cambelt kit last changed @ 68k. water pump not changed at this point.

should i get the cambelt and water pump done soon as the belt has to come off to access the pump or should i wait until the next interval for cambelt?

For peace of mind matey i would get it changed, and seeming the cambelt etc needs to come off you may as well get it all replaced as well..........
Just my personal opinion but would cost way more in repairs if it broke..

Personally I would get the cambelt done at the same time as it's coming off anyway so it won't cost anymore and then it is done for another 72k/5years :)
