Cambelt Mk 2

My car is mk2 ph3 45kish miles, 7 years old and never had it changed.
Anybody recommend anywhere that's cheapish to change a cambelt or know how to in the north west??

Birchdown are well-recommended on here but I've never used them myself. Note that the dephaser pulley is worth replacing too, because when it goes it'll mean getting the cambelt done all over again.

Oh yeah I forgot to say its a 1.2. My fault that

In fact that's the case for 2.0, I didn't read that it was a 1.2. Not sure if that applies with them, could be worth checking.
