Camera?? 500D

My dear grandma passed yesterday and I'm gutted I don't have more pictures!

I am going to buy a new SLR i used to borrow someones 350D alot so would like another canon.

I am going to buy a 500D. Don't want any other model at all so suggestions don't matter as I am defo having this.

What I want to know is

a) cheapest place to get it?
B) what memory card size is maximum camera is capable of
C) decent but cheap bag for it
