Camera mounting for track car - recommendations please

After having one crash without having it recorded I've decided it's time to get something to mount a camera on.

Any one got any recommendations and good places to get them?

DIY it, small 12v bullet camera...Small little metal bracket made to hold it here...

Then I used to plug it into a video camera and hit record...
