Camshaft bolt torque??

Car  Clio 182
just wondering if anyone can tell me the correct torque for 1.6 16v K4M inlet and exhaust camshaft pully bolts?

Thanks
 
according to haynes manual its initially torqued to 30 mn and then angle torqued another 84 degrees
