rear seats are simple, take the plastic cover off the isofix bar, theres 2 gold bolts (17mm iirc also torx) remove them and take the isofix bar out, then theres 2 black torx bolts with flat heads remove them and swing that metal bracket towards the back of the car and lift the seats out.
front bench just pulls out
