Can someone point me somewhere good to get a rear bearing spacer for a clio 182?

So I have had to change my rear discs for my 182 ff and essentially I have a strong belief that whoever fitted the rear brakes before me tossed the rear bearing spacer as the car started droning very quickly. I am not sure where to get the washer/spacer from so if anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it!
