im trying to get my renault and clio badges of a mk2 ph1, they have two clips on each badge but not sure how to get em off without damaging them.im gunna spray em gloss black 2 match my wheels

I took my side badges off the 172 last night, easiest to remove the whole front side strip and just squeze the clips together, only the drivers side has a screw then slides off towards the middle of the car, the other side just slides off.
Couldnt get the front badge off so painted it whilst still on the car.
