can i view my history in firefox?

Looks like you have an old version.

From what I can see, from at least version 2 onwards has a History menu at the top - I know mine does!

If you want the complete history then you click the History menu and then Show in sidebar (or CTRL + H as has been said)

I usually direct members of the public to watch "The Bill" when they celarly have difficulty understanding the workings of the modern day police force.

It will clear up lots of things for you, such as the difference between beat cops and detectives.

You will also see lots of positive results, rapists, murderers and burlgars being arrested. It will make you feel safe.

You need to update to FF 2.0, the one you are using is vulnerable to certain scripts.

Possibly, but i haven't read anything specific. One of the reasons for the update was due to flaws which resurfaced which allowed malware to execute malicious code.
