Can somebody confirm which side these are off of?

This is the rear of the back brakes on my clio, drivers side:

This is the part I have been sent:

From what I understand, my one is "offside" but the part they have sent me looks like it off the wrong side so would be "nearside". Can someone just clear this up and confirm that I am right and they are arguing a lost cause? This is a part I have bought off of Specialist Breakers Ltd who are a Reanult breakers and seem reluctant to replace the part they have sent to me. I can't beleive they are even trying to argue this, they even brought up the fact that the bolts on my one have yellow on them, saying that thats how they mark their parts...what the hell are they trying to imply!

'yours' is drivers side and they have sent you the offside/passengers side which you asked for? I may be wrong though :p

From what I understand offside is drivers side as it away from the curb and nearside is as its "near" to the curb. Thats what I have always thought anyway. Just need confirmation that I am not going mad and they are trying to get out of sending me another part for some odd reason.
