Which is the Downstream and which is the Upstream Lambda sensor?? there's one before the cat and one after from front to back.. so which is which?? thanks!

Sorry, but I can't reists the urge to point out that logic would dictate that the "upstream" one is the one before the cat (i.e. between cat and engine) and the "downstream" one is after the cat (i.e. between cat and back box)

I will stress that other than some very obvious sounding wording, I have literally no idea, so best to await some other replies. I will LOL if I'm wrong though

i had the same idea but didn't want to fit the wrong one :O

They are both exactly the same so wouldn't worry about it tbh. Only difference is like 5mm of extra wire
