Best lok at GSF for parts prices or BB I think they sell a kit which is a lot cheaper than Renault OE prices.

There's a user on ebay called Trechii. Do an advanced search and find member.

I bought loads of rebuild stuff off him, he can get anything you need and really cheap and next day delivery. I paid about £20 for piston rings and not much for the gasket sets and bearings.

Otherwise have a look on www.eurocarparts.co.uk and the main gasket/seal set is listed under Sump gasket (Weird but true)

i dont know if cars are the same as bikes (2 stroke bikes aswell)
but watch out buying cheap gaskets, you got what you pay for, i would never put nothing other than originals on any of my bikes now!

gaskets i'll get from gsf, as they are usually oe parts anyway. Cant find rings or bearings anywhere tho

Rebuilding my 19 16v engine, then when thats on the road, the 172 will go.

payen or corteco/meillor is what you want for gaskets. And anything federal mogul or daughter companies in terms of rings and shells, etc. I.E Glyco or vanderveld
