can you buy harnesses that move..

..someone told me that I can get 3 point harnesses...that allow you to move like normal belts..but tension up as per a normal belt under hard braking etc..

is this true?

They do exsist. Basically you have a 3 point set up with inertia reel type fixing at one end. Allows you movement when in use for road driving but tensions up if u stack.
