Canon rebate offers...

Hey all, im looking to buy a canon 400D from pc world as my mate works there and can get a discount.

Does any one know if i can still get the £45 rebate after the staff discount?

He gets 10% off...so id be paying around £300 for the canon 400D rather then the standard £350 after rebate.

dixons would be better if you have an egg credit card and use quidco

372 - 3% quidco +5% egg card + 45 rebate £297 ish

But does dixons even offer the rebate? cos it doesnt state it on there website.
Any way i purchased 1 last night for £260..near enough new.

The rebate is not offered by the shop. You just send the barcodes off the box to Canon in Ireland and they put the money in the bank. As long as it is an EU product, it makes no difference where you bought it from. You also have to send in copies of receipts and the form off the canon website etc too of course.
