Can't find my switch off button?

I've lost my TURN OF COMPUTER button above my start button.
If I hit start on my PC I got log off or turn off computer now I only get log off?
If I go to log off I then get the option to switch off my pc but how can I get it back?

Click Cntrl Alt Delete, log off from there.

Looks like that's it - you're now stuck on cliosport for ever... There's no escape!!!!

Here you go Billy, follow these instructions, please back up your registry before changin anything just incase it screws up.

If you don't fancy changing it yourself let me know and I'll make a reg file you can just run to do it for you.
