Can't seem to view pictures on my iPad?

When surfing the net, I.e this forum. In 80% of the threads which include videos or pictures, the videos either wont play or the pictures dont load up. Been on settings and can't see anything obvious which could be causing it.

Any ideas to what my problem could be?
