Capacitor (Power Cap)

Hi,

I was woundering when i get my Sub and amp is there any need to get a Capacitor (Power Cap)?

do not get a power cap they do not work(not to be confused with a battcap)

upgrade the big three
and if you have a problemthen a bigger battery under the bonnet should sort it

i thought large amount of bass drops over time will damage the battery

bass drops will not damage the battery unless you are talking MASSIVE amounts of bass but the amp suffer first with a decreased voltage input

Caps dont hold enough energy to be any use - you are better going with a split charging kit and having a little motor-bike battery in the boot if you have some serious bass.
