Niiice find on the Trophy Cromadoras mate! It appears you got them from Peter? How did he manage to find a pair?

so clio v6 trophys then, are they modified vee's from production or are they like megane trophys in that they were specially built for racing. Are they any faster than normal vee's?

300bhp iirc? Or 280 or something. Yes anyway heh, lighter too of course, and 6 speed sequential race gearbox, and different suspension I beleive, 'cos they're certainly lower. Dunno about the brakes and stuff - but they're probably different. The road Mk1 has 330mm AP Racing 4 pots, and they're not actually as good as certainly I expected, for 4 pots, such a big disc, and the racing branding. The 312mm Brembos (also 4 pot I beleive) on the 197 are *miles* ahead, they make the 197 do 100-0 in 4 seconds, which is supercar territory... I know some of that is down to the grip the 197 makes and things, but still, the brakes are really excellent, so much feel and so perfectly weighed and progressive.
