Car cutting out...

Recently I have been having problems with my car cutting out under severe braking. Everytime I seem to slam the brakes on, my engine just dies on me!

Has anyone had a similar problem? or knows what it might be?

Have got a 95-N Valver w/ ABS btw.

The revs could just be dropping really fast, causing the engine to stall. Or it may be something to do with the ABS interfering with the ECU in some way didn't think this was possible but you never know with a Renault!

Cheers mate, looks like I'll keep playing around with it to see when it happens.

Always seems to catch you in the wrong place at the wrong time though, thats why its irritating!
