Rang them Thursday evening, she said everyone had gone home and she would ring me Friday, no phone call Friday, rang today and she was "busy", left message, no call back ... just rang again and she has finished for the day ..

Hi, i work for a renault garage, and were not all that bad, i treat everyones car like my own, and if it was damaged, (thankfully i never have) i would just go and tell reception and they would sort it for the customer, i have to say it does happen, in the dealers defence, you also get a lot of people saying you have done stuff you havent! i think extra notice is taken when you get it back, if you explain your problem they should sort it, my place would, out of interest where abouts do you live maz?

i did see your car at oulton park!, thought you must be half local, you could always bring it to us for servicing! only in whitchurch, you could have a courtesy car if your old enough! there would be know damage then! i look after GT gaz's cup with him if ya want a reference!

How'd it go at Reno?
I had a CV boot go on mine recently, and when it was in the garage they dropped the wheel and damaged each spoke. I phoned them up politely and asked about it, I guess they thought because I was being polite I'd be a push over so they told me the grease from the CV had done the damage. 2nd phone call it was on a crate out of the way so not damaged. 3rd +4th phone call the mechanic that did the work wasn't there to speak about it. Visit to the place kicking and screaming and they fixed it. Follow it through and argue that they didn't phone you back when they said they would, showing that they know they've done wrong and it will get fixed!

I also work for a renault dealer and likewise treat them all like my own,but as already said we get a lot of people try it on and try and blame u for things that havent been done.
but if they have done it they will have to back down and get it fixed,if its a fairly big dealer with a bodyshop they may not be to bothered and just get it done.
either way hope u get it sorted.
