Car judders when driving (after repairing a blown head gasket)

Hi, title pretty much says it all, I recently repaired my head gasket (didn't skim it) and ever since it very occasionally judders but its quite a big judder, also took 4 attempts this morning to start it. It's fully serviced, new coolant, spark plugs, oil, oil filter also new fuel line, head gasket etc etc.

The only thing i can think of is some sort of air lock or misfire problem. Any Ideas?

Yeah worth a compression check to test the work you have just done, it could be a rotten wire in the loom that hasnt like being disturbed too though.
