Car locking issue!!!??? HELP

Hi there,

my 172 cup is locking with the fob but wont unlock?? You have to click the fob - get a click noise but it doesnt unlock the doors or boot so then you have to use the key manually to get in... (and the interior unlock button to unlock the rest of the doors)

Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be??

dont know if it will work but had few clios with central locking issues and sometimes unplugging and replugging in uch works like resets it.
Located under passenger side dash easy to get to.
