Car losing rev's when cold.

Hi, car in question is a 182.

Over the past week, when cold, the revs dip every 5 or so seconds. Today I started it up and pulled away and it wouldn't rev over 1.5/2krpm and was popping a lot from the exhaust. Once it had started to warm it stopped.

I've run the diagnostics on the keys/stalk button, I'm getting T--H come up. I've been told it would be worth getting it connected up to a diagnostics kit too.

Any ideas?
