Car not stratrin

Basically a cat ran out in front of me last night and i ended up smashed the car and bags came out. Now she wont start, any ideas?

I could be the fuel cut off i imagine but where is this?

There will be an inertia switch under the bonnet, near the battery i think, its got a red rubber boot over the button.
