Car won't start again once it's at temp

When I first go out to the car it will normally start first time every time. But say if I was to drive somewhere then stop the engine won't start up again when it is still hot from the previous journey if I come back to it within a few minutes.

Has anyone got a clue what the issue is or had the same happen themselves?
