where can i get the from and how much should i be looking at?

They look quite good. Are the door card fitting kits they do any good too? Or what other methods do people use to attach them?

I got some strong velrco, two bits on every side. Little foam strip around the whole door card is also a good idea to stop vibrations!

I did think about using some velcro. I still wish my windows to go up and down, I'd be worried about the performance trim fitting kits catching the window or part of the mechanism.
