Carbon Fibre Battery Cover

Is this battery cover any good? Real carbon fibre. Sounds very cheap for what it is. Ideas?

I checked the dimensions of the cover as well and it does fit over the Mk.2. Ph2. battery.

Just recieved my battery cover today, and I can confirm that is it genuine carbon fibre weave! It is not fake!! I checked the weave pattern and it is fibre material and a 2/2 twill.

Whats it like in your engine bay mate? I think it's a bit harder for us 172/182 boys to secure unless the battery is relocated a bit.

^ lol. I have hardly anything in my engine as it's just a 1.2, so I have plenty of room. They do lots of sizes, and my battery is the same size as a 172/182 anyway, which iirc is 7" x 6". They can do bigger and smaller sizes on request free of charge.

lol. If it screwed onto the battery it would f*ck your car up, not to mention electrocute you first.

Its held down by 2 allen key bolts which are fitted on the cover and attached by 2 sticky feet. Just undo the allen bolts and the thing comes off. Also worth a mention that you can drill a couple of holes on the side of the cover and bolt it onto battery protector (the metal thing where your original CAF goes) as well.
