Carbon fibre gear knob inserts

Hi trying to decide how to modify parts of my interior, and have seen some carbon fibre gear knob inserts... think they look pretty swish!

However I can't find where to buy them? Streamline sell the parts for steering wheels but not the gear knob. Do you think it's worth sending them a message to see if they can do them? Obviously people have got them from somewhere, please let me know if you know where to purchase them! Thanks...
