So yea as the title says went to car wash forgot all about the aerial and it got ripped clean, I was listening to a CD in the car so didnt noticed until the next day, i went and bought new aerial only to find out the whole inside of the part on the roof has be stripped of all threads... not really sure what steps to take now.

yea but everyone is saying that the inside material on roof all has to come off for it to be fixed.. just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and had an easy fix
I would guess it was to wash his car.
