**Update**
I have just got off the phone to Maria at Castle Combe to ask a few questions.
You guys have got you track time in the morning, around 9:15.
I asked about maybe having 30 spaces instead of 25 and she said she can't allocate us any more space because everything has been planned out already HOWEVER the space we have got is quite large anyway. It's the same as last year (for those that can remember we managed to get 25 of us there last year no problem).
So unfortunately, I am having to say that we can only take 25 on the stand.
HOWEVER. For those of you on the list past 25, keep your eye out, because there are always people that drop out. So when someone drops out the next person on the list will take their position.
Will put more information on the meeting time and place the week before the event
