Cat D ph1 on auto trader

is it worth the money or there abouts? im thinking is quite overpriced considering the cat d & i've seen newer 172's with less miles go for cheaper,but this is reasonably close to me so fancy going to have a look.

so if you people experienced with these would tell me what you think it's worth i'd appreciate it or shall i swerve it completely?
