cd changer opinion on price needed

I have been offered an alpine 6 disc changer from a 2001 172 with leads for £72. Is this a good price for secondhand?

I paid £60 and then £12 for a cable so that not a bad price.

Just make sure you get a totally uncut cable as new ones are £76 + vat from Renault.
