CD Control Stalk

Ive just bought a Clio 51 Plate 1.6 16v



Im planning on getting a new head unit, but im just wondering if the control stalk will still work. Or will i have to buy a new component to make it work. If so does anyone know Where from, What its called, How much?

and you will need the correct adapter for your head unit (there only a fiver or so)
