Cd stuck

A CD seems to be stuck in my player. When we press eject it switches to the radio as norm but the cd won't come out.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Had the same thing last week on an under seat autochanger.

The only way i was able to get it out was by removing the unit and taking the cover off and working the mechanism by hand.
