Centre display says "Renault"

I've recently fitted an Alpine CDE-104BTi in my 182. I'm using the connects2 adapter for the stalk controls and it works fine (although there is noticeable lag). I'm sure when I first plugged it in the centre display just had the time and temp and that's it. But now I've fitted it properly the display says "Renault" where you'd normally see the track name etc. and the time and temp in the normal place. Minor detail I know, but is there anyway to change this? I know my headunit doesn't support the display so I can't buy an adapter for it . Just wondered if there's anything else I could do?
