Did you warm it up after filling it up ( to open the thermostat), then fill it up again?

2 times i've done mine, as soon as car gets up to temp so the stat opens it pisses out of the coolant bottle, then suddenly sucks it all back in again.

Mines, fill it up, open bleed screw keep filling till it comes out of bleed screw.

Close bleed screw.

Fill bottle to max.

Turn on car, hold at 3k for 10mins ish, when the thermostat opens all the coolant suddenly gets sucked away, keep filling up with more coolant, then after a bit it overflows, then disapears again, so fill up lol, then it overflows.

I just kept doing that. untill it stabalised.

There is 2 circuits to the coolant system, so unless you get the engine hot and the thermostat to open it doesn't get filled up.

I have always had trouble like this when changing coolant, DrRollo has the right idea though, make sure that thermostat opens up!

10mm bolt on the side of the head (where the airbox is) on the thermostat housing towards the top, can't miss it
