Changing Headlight bulb

Please can any of you clever people help me out.

I need to replace my left headlight bulb. Should I replace both headlight bulbs at once or is it ok to just change the failed one.

Is it worth going for any better bulbs or just normal ones? What type of bulbs do I need and is there anywhere online I can get them from!

i think the headlight lamps on the new clio are h1 and h7 i dont know which one is for dipped or main cant help on where to buy them from

If it is the dipped bulb you need H7, full beam is H1

As for changing both bulbs - wait till you try and change the first one, they are a complete bugger to do. The drivers side one is almost impossible to change if you have air con fitted.

When I changed mine I had to make up a tool (http://www.mcmillan-uk.com/clio/Dscf0205.jpgwww.mcmillan-uk.com/clio/Dscf0205.jpg) so that I could get the holder to clip back into the headlight.
