Changing Sidelights

Car  A slow one :-(
This is a stupid question but how do i get the b******s out. I can get every other bulb ouy but not the sidelight. I've managed to shred my hands to bits in the process as well.

On a bonus side the silvervisions have cleaned the car up loads!

Many thanks for any help. Greatly appreciated!

It's french, so it's probably an engine out job lol. Nah seriously on the MK1 I know you have to remove the actual headlight cover. Can't really say for anyting non prehistoric.

Hiya!

They just pull-out - careful not to pull on the wiring!!

Rubber gloves will help things along... and a cold engine makes it easier on your hands.

they just pull out mate, the holders. then pull out the sidelight, slot new one in

the drivers side is VERY awkward if you have aircon.. shreds your hands to pieces!!
