changing speedo plastic clear front

how easy is it to replace the speedo clock face the plastic clear bit my is scrathed and it really really annoying ??????

My ph1's just clipped off, not sure if the ph2 is the same but to be honest, hitting it with a cutting compound will probably sort it

Tip dash off, clocks out unclip the plastic front and stick the new one on!
