Changing Willy Bushes

How long should it take? I have the bushes. Anyone fancy doing it for me? Cash in hand and all that. Im in Norfolk.

King - i take it your talking about the fronts? I dont think the rears cant be replaced with out changing the whole antiroll bar.

which bushes do you have?

ARB and lower A arm subframe bushes?

Front lower wishbone x 4

Inner roll bar mount x 2

Outer roll bar drop link x 2

All polyurethane

rollbars are dead simple.

wishbones will take youa bit of time squeezing them in there....quite a b*****d.

to change your wishbone bushes melt the inner rubber part out with a blow torch.cut a slit in the outer casing so it pops in a bit and releases the interference fit then tap it out with a hammer.press in the new bushes with a press or a vice.remember to refit the bushes the same way as the old ones in particuler take note of the position of the rear bushes.the bushes are shapped to allow anti dive and anti squat functions in the suspension.the bushes are shapped so they flex in a certain direction.

70 something quid from rally design. I got the yellow polysport ones. 4 anti rollbar ones and 4 wishbone ones.
