Changing Xbox Live GamerTag email address

Anyone know if its possible? Its on my old email at the minute and is the only reason I still have that email. I still get all my Xbox invoices through to my new email though?! I think I must of tried a while ago but I still can't find out how to do it. It must be possible!

yeah I had to do it when I changed ISP's a few months ago

did it from the XBox Live website, not through the console
