Charlotte and Millie (Clean, not dirty...) 56K Go away...!

  Racing Blue 182
After much moaning and whining by myself and Hayley...we decided both our cars needed a good pampering, so it was decided that H would come over for a "Girl's Clay Party".

Needless to say, Mini-Valver jumped in on the action and could'nt resist a day of just standing around looking busy, but not actually doing much apart from spray me with water. :D

Millie wasn't particularly dirty so she just needed a wash and wax, so was looking pretty good pretty quickly.

Charlotte on the other hand...oh dear god she has been neglected.

Dave was'nt impressed at the lack of hose so had to become Bucket Boy for the afternoon. Charlotte had a quick wash, then it was down to the business of claying...

Nearly two hours later and one flat battery due to listening to music for so long, most of the tar had come off. My eyes have been opened to claying and I can conclude it is both time consuming and boring.

The rest of the tar, or most of it was removed with Tar Remover...the paint is still not free of it all but it will do for now. It's a start nonetheless.

She then had a super quick polish, whereby Dave took it upon himself to give me and Hayley a lesson in "Proper Polishing"...he was soon despatched to go and make the tea whilst me and H resuming Pikey Polishing ;)

Then it was off to Formarke Hall, a stately home just outside of Repton for some pretty pictures.

The pics aren't taken with the best camera, nor is it the best "detail" on a car I've done (if you can call it that) but here's the end of the day with Millie and Charlotte all clean and their owners bloody knackered...:)

Very nice Ladies :D

Your car must of been heavily neglected if it took you 2 hours to clay!! our liquid takes about 40 mines at most! hehe

Yuss yuss he made tea Steve :p (He does what he's told when it's me ;))

Sadly there was not a camera present when me and Hayley were getting wet.....;)

Bubbles it was in shocking condition before I started today. In fact I know the previous owner didnt clay it and this was my first go today.

Paintwork needs more work IMO, lots more. But its a start!

And I'm not bothering with cup packs, she's being sold soon. Once I'm happy with the paintwork :)

I love my car!! lol.

TBH, I'm wasted :( I need a shower & bed!
Gems paint work was dire & needless to say claying got sacked off pretty quickly due to some absolute toss face (Hi x) squirting water everywhere from the safety of my car (Meh!) howevrr, payback was indeed a bit of a b**ch.

You may well take the piss out of my emergency pink bag, but it got the RB started ;) the pink AG bag & bucket is ace too :( HATER!!
