As @Martin said, it was £3,800 with the 2118s and new Gaz coilovers.
I arranged to go on Saturday to see/buy it.
He then removed the wheels & the coilovers and it's now rolling on an old set of F1s & different Gaz coilovers, one which was leaking at the last MOT. Seller has only owned it 6 weeks and has posted on CSOC looking for someone to look at his 182 Turbo... "Recent service with oil-filter-spark plugs-leeds-coilpack and all gaskets changed"
It's far too cheap for a decent boosted RB, something stinks about it

Seen the conversion, all looks tidy, interior looks fine, everything looks fine.
Was looking forward to the 2 1/2 hour drive to see it, had a note to stick it on my policy on Friday on my desk at work. Then up popped the for sale thread for the coilovers...

Makes no sense at all, believe Mr White even did the belts.
Original owner is well known, @Dr Jekyll knows him.
