CIS wont insure modified cars anymore, bell, admiral, elephant, are probably best for young drivers with mods

Has

  RS 182 - Black Gold
When i last rang CIS they said they still were accepting mods??? (only last week)

Also try Tesco...... they have been the best for me so far!!!

has - i spoke to them september for my renewal, and they told me that they can accpet mods on people currently insured with them, but for new policies (or trying to get a better renewal price) that wont insure mods as they now use a different underwriter. Might be they have changed back, loosing too much business

pauldredge - admiral are the same company as elephant and bell, also diamond but not much use for the lads, as a test i did quotes with all 4, admiral being most expensive, then diamond (yes they where cheaper than admiral), then elephant then bell, bell being cheapest by £100! did have my sister in law as a named driver, perhaps why diamond where chear than admiral
