Is it simply a case of pulling the camshaft covers off and putting the horse shoe on, or is there more to it than that? K4M engine if it makes a difference.
cam plugs off, bring piston 1 to tdc and pin the crankshaft through a hole in the front of the block. then put the horseshoe on and have a look. keep in mind, that you need a new set of cam seals!
So I remove the upper engine mount, fasten the horseshoe to the inlet pulley? and lock the opposite end of the cams?? and if the rod goes through the hole its all in time?
