When i was a learner i got mine thru BSM Insurance.

Was the cheapest i could find at the time.....£1800 on 1 .0 Micra LOL
Back in 2001 lol.

mines 1900 with 1 years ncb off scooter with prudential, i dont like talking about how much it cost lol. thats on a 1.2 clio btw

Quinn-Direct are cheap, but be prepared for it to be 2x that when you pass your test! Norwich Union offer a pay montly service (as in you can 'pay as you go') as a named driver.

Quinn direct were the best for me when i passed- and if your under 18 they let you pay by dd (which alot of insurers refused at the time)

also admiral are good

Quinn for me too. But thats because i had a modified car i think. Went up 300 when i passed too
