  '51, 172
hi, just wondering if chipping/remapping are the same thing with two different names as im wanting to get more from my 172, which i bought last week.

what options do i have to get more power? it already had a full powerflow system on when i got it,

also what airfilter/induction kit would anyone recommend, im not wanting it for the sound as im happy with the noise it already makes, just for extra performance,

Chipping is more a set ECU that is standard, like a Superchip. Remapping sets the ECU to that particular car, as no two cars are identical. Like a Unichip. (as far as I know)

You will not see much of a diiference between the two, I don't think.
