Not sure myself, I got my multimedia based job purely on merit.

I've had a read through the course sections and it seems to cover everything, best bet would be to look at the area you want to work in and see the requests for skills, so go on jobsite/jobserve and search for web designer and Norfolk, this should give you a good idea.
